Last week I had a opportunity to talk to Peter Beck, CEO of Rocket Lab and lifelong rocket nerd about the design of the Neutron rocket, shedding light on a number of features that were left out of the official video, and digging into the process that resulted in the design.
I also asked about the status of the Photon spacecraft bus which will be used to launch the CAPSTONE mission to demonstrate the halo orbit planned for the lunar gateway.
